Change is good. Right?

Anyone who likes any type of rock and roll has probably come across the Red Hot Chili Peppers every now and again. They have had a quite successful career in the industry since their conception in 1983. There have been many changes in the band's members throughout the years, for instance; the original guitarist, Hillel Slovak died in 1988 due to a drug overdose. The original drummer, Jack Irons, soon dropped out because of Slovak's death. Anthony Keidis and Michael 'Flea' Balzary kept with the band and tried to replace the lost talent. Chad Smith became the official drummer in 1989. For years band guitarists kept changing until, finnaly in 1998 John Frusciante had become official member of the band. They made three albums "Californication","By the Way", and "Stadium Arcadium". Frusciante soon left the band after completeing the "Stadium Arcadium" tour. The new guitarist for this legendary band is named Josh Klinghoffer. He was the backup guitarist for Frusciante during 'Stadium Arcadium'. Klinghoffer played with the band on January 29, 2010 their
MusiCares performance in their tribute to Neil Young.
